Fred Tomlin, Jr President of DOORSTEP DETAILS
Mr. Tomlin is an 8-Year U.S. Army Veteran, and graduate of the University of South FL’s School of Advertising & Marketing. He has a disciplined focus on the customer experience. Mr. Tomlin has served as the President of our DOORSTEP DETAILS division since September 2019. He is co-founder of our affiliate Accelerated Waste Solutions of North America, LLC. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of AWS DOORSTEP DETAILS division and Executive Vice President of AWSJUNK SHOT division in Tampa, Florida, since January 2010. Mr. Tomlin has served as Director of Business Development for Tampa Bay Trash, LLC, in Tampa, Florida since 2008.
Sherrod Hunter Chief Operating Officer and President of JUNK SHOT
Mr. Hunter has extensive experience in Direct Selling and Customer Service spanning a 15+year career in service-intensive settings. He provides strictly First Class pre and post Sales Support. Mr. Hunter has served as the President of our JUNK SHOT division since September 2019. He is co-founder of our affiliate Accelerated Waste Solutions of North America, LLC. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of AWS JUNK SHOT division and as Executive Vice President of AWS DOORSTEP DETAILS Valet Trash division in Tampa, Florida, since January 2010. Mr. Hunter has served as Director of Operations for Tampa Bay Trash, LLC, in Tampa, Florida since 2008.
Todd Leonard, CFE | Vice President of Franchise Development
Todd’s 20+ year career was built in the Hotel and Real Estate industries with the National Football League, Cendant/Wyndham Corporation and Weichert, Realtors. Throughout his career, Todd has helped franchises increase revenue, profitability and market share by developing sales, marketing and other business growth strategies. Todd transitioned his career from 7-Eleven, one of the world’s premier franchise brands, where he held management positions in franchise operations and development. Since joining us in 2020, the brand has grown significantly throughout the country. Accelerated Waste Solutions has continued to build its reputation as one of the premier home service franchises in the US. The brand has been named in Entrepreneur magazine’s Top Franchises for Veterans list and was rated as one of the Top 90 new and emerging franchises. Todd has been a featured speaker, panelist, writer and committee member at top industry events and publications. Todd is a Certified Franchise Executive by the International Franchise Association and holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Georgetown University.
Robert J. Biddle Jr. | Franchise Consultant
Robert’s professional background includes sales, marketing, and management operations. He perfected these skill sets as an Executive Chef, setting up new market operations for various private Golf and Country Club Management Companies. In 2015, seeking a new challenge in life he brought his talents to the Junk Removal Industry. Robert plays an indispensable role in maintaining strong and cohesive franchise relations within our organization. He works directly with the Franchise Owners to ensure AWS’s core Values, Policies, and Procedures are implemented and enforced throughout the individual Franchise Networks. Ensuring consistency throughout the AWS Corporate and Franchise Family. Robert is dedicated to providing all Franchise Owners the support and knowledge needed to give their clients the highest margin of savings and earnings possible while providing them with Superior Recycling/Waste Services.
